Saira Naseem is a well-known Pakistani playback singer who began her journey in the entertainment industry at a very young age. Coming from a creative background, she was influenced by her father, who was already involved in filmmaking, which helped shape her early interest in music. She first showcased her singing talent at the age of nine by performing a song in one of her father’s films, marking the beginning of her musical career. As she grew older, she was given the opportunity to perform folk and Sufi poetry of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai on Pakistan Television (PTV) in Karachi, which further refined her classical and folk singing skills. Her powerful voice, emotional depth, and natural command over melody quickly gained attention. By the early 1990s, she had risen to fame as one of the leading playback singers in Pakistan, especially in the Lollywood film industry, where she became known for her hit songs and versatile vocal performances.
